Cronan Property was founded by Clare Hill, who brings over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles delivering large-scale, operationally complex projects for major UK brands and retailers.

With strong personal ties to the property sector through both family and hands-on experience, Clare combines commercial discipline with a practical understanding of how property works are delivered on the ground.

Cronan Property takes its name from Clare's family roots in both trades and property.
